The Boeing Company is an American multinational corporation that designs and manufactures airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and missiles worldwide. Boeing plays a pivotal and direct role in supplying the Israeli military with the essential aerial and military arsenal used in ongoing warfare across the Gaza Strip, Lebanon, and regional confrontations. The company manufactures Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) kits that convert conventional unguided bombs into precision-guided smart bombs using GPS technology. Boeing has shipped thousands of these kits designed for heavy ordnance, including 2,000-pound MK-84 bombs and BLU-109 bunker busters, as well as Small Diameter Bombs (SDB / GBU-39). Boeing expedited an emergency shipment of nearly 1,000 bombs at the start of the war and recently signed a massive contract to supply 5,000 additional bombs valued at $298 million. Additionally, Boeing manufactures KC-46A refueling tankers, which grant Israeli fighters the capability to conduct long-range strikes without landing, such as operations targeting Yemen and Iran. Finally, Boeing acts as a primary partner with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in developing and manufacturing the Arrow 2 and Arrow 3 missile defense systems.
